Force Aérienne Togolaise (FAT) was formed in 1964 and adopted a roundel version of the national flag bordered in yellow. The National flag used as fin flash (See http://www.airliners.net/open.file/235357/L/).
VIP Government planes have the national Coat of Arms as tail insignia (See http://www.airliners.net/open.file/279858/L/).

In the last correction of L'Album, the roundel of the Togo Air Force is a "round" version of the national flag, the canton with star covering the upper left quarter of the roundel. There is a thin yellow fimbriation around the roundel.
